Who we are
The Alladin Group is a family-owned group of companies with roots in Hyderabad stretching back to the era of Mir Osman Ali Khan — the last Nizam of Hyderabad. What began as a distinguished mercantile house has, across generations, evolved into a focused portfolio spanning consulting, real estate, fintech, technology and consumer brands.
The Alladin name carries a long record of enterprise — from government supply contracts and industrial manufacturing to property, advisory and community institutions. The Group’s approach remains measured: building durable businesses with trusted relationships, clear governance and long-term value.
Today, that legacy continues through the next generation. Across six ventures, the Group remains guided by the values associated with Khan Bahadur Ahmed Alladin: integrity, service, continuity and a belief in building for the future.
Our history
Originally from Bombay, Ahmed Alladin migrated to Hyderabad and became part of the city’s elite commercial class under Nizam Mir Osman Ali Khan. Awarded the title Khan Bahadur for distinguished service, he established the foundation of a family legacy rooted in enterprise and public regard.

Built in 1933–34, this Grade-1 heritage structure in Begumpet stands as one of Hyderabad’s recognised symbols of the family’s presence. Additional holdings near Charminar, Secunderabad and Begumpet reflect the breadth of the family’s historical footprint in the city.
